Lennox Island is a proud and vibrant Mi’kmaq community steeped in traditions passed down from generation to generation since time immemorial. In the spring of 2020, what started as a request for a new website evolved into an opportunity to rebrand the destination. The goal? Attracting visitors from all across Canada to explore and learn about the rich Mi’kmaq culture through sensory experiences such as baking traditional food, craft building, and intricate storytelling.

We branded the community’s tourism project Experience Lennox Island. We aspired to create a brand that would bring renewed pride to the community and engage visitors from all over Canada and the world. We went all out, developing a detailed branding strategy, a visual identity and a brand personality that reflected Lennox Island’s bright future. Then we built a website to highlight their offerings and let visitors book their experiences with just a few clicks.

And we didn’t stop there. We wanted to spread the word about Experience Lennox Island to as many people as possible, so we created a marketing strategy that included everything from banners and signage to rack cards. We also built and implemented a social media and digital marketing strategy.
