Biovectra, a trailblazing global CDMO specializing in biologics and manufacturing, has clients among the top pharmaceutical companies in the world! With the inauguration of an mRNA Vaccine and a new Biomanufacturing Centre, it has witnessed significant growth over recent years. This growth has led to an 80-million-dollar expansion, the construction of multiple new facilities, and a plan to recruit 125 new full-time employees.

The hiring market is a tough game right now. Although Biovectra offers attractive pay and benefits, they knew they needed more to stand out to potential employees. They enlisted Insight Studio to help tell their story through recruitment marketing.

Our goal was to increase awareness of Biovectra to potential hires, but we weren’t just promoting a company; we were promoting a lifestyle on the East Coast and a career that mattered. Working at Biovectra meant a chance to be a part of something innovative and meaningful, with incredible growth opportunities, an impressive workplace culture and a laid-back way of life.

To tell this story, we branded their “Come Stay Grow” initiative and created a dedicated web page for potential employees to explore Biovectra’s unique offerings. We developed a social and digital strategy to help spread the word to a large yet targeted audience and direct people to Biovectra’s Jobs page.
